Deleting your account

The app does not have a delete button yet. Until it does, request deletion here:

  • First cancel any subscription in the App Store or on Google Play. Deleting your account does not stop the store from charging you.
  • If you own an organisation that still has members or active certificates, close it in the app first with the Delete organisation button: what happens to the certificates its clients hold is your decision, not ours. Until you do, your request waits.
  • Email yu.hryshchanka@gmail.com, give the address your account uses, and say whether you sign in with Google or Apple. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, give the relay address: your Apple Account settings list it among the apps that use Sign in with Apple.
  • We reply to the email address on your account and act once you confirm. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, our message reaches you through Apple's relay; reply to it as usual.
  • A message on Telegram alone is not enough: deletion is always confirmed by email.

What is deleted: your sign-in account; your name, email address and picture in our database; and your membership in every organisation.

What is kept: certificates and their history, which belong to the organisations that issued them; the record of who joined or left each organisation; all the organisations you owned, closed, with their names; and purchase records and your purchase identifier, needed for refunds and accounting. They stay linked to an account with no name, email address or picture.

We complete the request within 15 days of your confirmation or of closing your organisation, whichever is later, and let you know. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
